You come to Savoie for hike, run or bike in the mountains? As our campsite is situated in the heart of the Savoie mountains, we will give you an idea of some activities that are proposed in our beautiful region.

The recreation area Base de Loisirs des Îles du Chéran is an undownable spot for locals and tourists in Lescheraines, in the heart of the Bauges massif. The perfect place for an unforgettable holiday at 25 km from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains.

The ponds: Plunge, splash and swim !

The swimming pond is situated at 300 meters from the campsite and is arranged for big and small swimmers. It proposes a free beach and a paddling pool (60m²) for accompanied children younger than 7. Supervised swimming every afternoon in July and August.

The water sports and fishing pond is next to the campsite. All fishing techniques are allowed and with some luck you can catch carps, pikes and perches. At the campsite reception desk you can rent water bikes. The Cachin Wake Park on the bank of the pond proposes wakeboard, wakeskate and paddle activities.

Physical activities: Hike, jump and bike !

The recreation area proposes sport fields where you can play basketball, football, beach-volley, tennis, jeu de boules or table tennis. If you like walking, don’t hesitate to take a walk along the footpaths of the recreation area: the fitness path, the footpath to the Pissieu waterfall or the « L’Or du Chéran » path in the top of the trees. You can also try other activities like accro-buggy (trampolines) or electric mini-quads.
Opening hours of the triple waterslide: every afternoon in July and August.

Facilities: Picnic, play, farniente !

A day in the fresh air makes hungry, so don’t forget your sandwiches and skewers! On the spot you will find two picnic areas and a common barbecue. Perfect for sunny days. While your children play happily in the playgrounds, you can prepare lunch or have a sunbath at the beach!
